Our team adopted the waterfall model.This is one of the most widely used process models.Prior to choosing a process model, the group discussed the requirements needed. We needed a model that enable changes (adaption,enhancement,preventive maintenance and correction) It should be noted that in this model activities flow from one phase to another systematically and sequentially. The lifecycle also enable changes,returning to a previous phase and flowing from there again.This lifecycle is good for planning and well defined repeated projects( many shopping carts being designed around the world)
